Yes, we will send you a description of the local area and a tube map showing you how to get from the flat to London’s many attractions. You will also find many tourist brochures and London guide books in your holiday apartment.

Are two mobile phones included with every rental?

Yes, two complimentary T-Mobile phones will be waiting for you in the flat when you arrive. The phones will have £15 credit and you can buy more credit in £5 lots. All your incoming phone calls and texts are free.

We will send you the phone numbers in advance so that you can give them to your friends and family before you arrive in London.

If you need more than two mobile phones, just ask and we will arrange them for you.

What type of laptop and broadband connection will I have?

You will have a Dell computer with BT wireless high speed internet connection in the living room. You will be able to access the web from every room in the flat.

Will I really have a free airport transfer if I stay 7 nights or more?

Yes, if you stay with us for 7 nights or more, then we will arrange a free car service to collect you from Heathrow Airport. When you arrive, the driver will be waiting at the Customs barrier to take you and all your luggage straight to your holiday home.

You simply need to send us the date, time, flight number and terminal number for your flights.

Can you arrange airport transfers for me if I stay less than 7 days?

Yes, we can. After you have made your booking with us, you just need to send us details of your flights.

Can children stay in your properties?

Yes, of course. We have three children of our own and know how important it is for families to have holidays together.

If you need a high chair, cot or pram, we can provide them for you free of charge. Just let us know and we will make sure that they are waiting for you in the flat when you arrive.

Our daughter is available for babysitting if you fancy a night out on your own. She is Montessori-trained and experienced with children.

How do I make a booking?

Simply go to the property description of the flat that you want to book and use the “book property” link at the top or bottom of the property description.

Do I need to make a deposit to make booking?

Yes, you will need to make a deposit of 25% of the total fee. We do not charge booking fees.

Do you charge for cleaning?

Yes, there is £129 charge for cleaning. We take the cleaning of our flats very seriously. At the end of every rental, a professional firm cleans the flat from top to bottom. We also have the bedroom carpets cleaned professionally every 30 days so that they are fresh and hygienic.

If you would like a maid service, we can arrange that for you for £19/hour.

Do you charge VAT (sales tax)?

No, all taxes are included in the prices.

Can I arrive and leave on any day of the week?

Yes, of course you can. Please make your travel arrangements to suit yourselves.

What is the check-in time?

3:00pm is the check-in time. You can check-in at other times by arrangement but please note that there is a £50 surcharge for check-ins between 10pm – 11am.

What is the check-out time?

10:30am is the check-out time. You can check-in at other times by arrangement but please note that there is a £30 surcharge for check-outs after 11:00am.
